The air-conditioned
Jayammal Chakravarthi Acute Care Centre has 24 beds including
private rooms, with all the necessary equipment for intensive care,
such as centralised oxygen supply, cardiac monitors with a
central
monitoring station, ventilators, defibrillators, and
portable X-ray machines, besides life-saving drugs. The Acute Care Centre is
provided with 24-hour medical and nursing care.
